Building for the Future by Investing in Quality and Performance
In September we strengthened our manufacturing capability with the installation of an additional moulding machine; This investment reflects our continued commitment to efficiency, quality, and sustainable growth. As demand for our high-quality coils with moulded plugs increases, it is essential that our production capability evolves in line with the business. Adding this machine allows us to increase capacity while maintaining the standards our customers expect.
Since installation, the machine has already delivered clear operational benefits. Its precision energy efficiency and stable cycle performance support improved throughput and more controlled manufacturing helping to streamline production.
From a quality standpoint the impact has been significant. As Quality and Technical Manager Gary Ingham explains:
“By introducing an additional moulding machine, we have further strengthened process control and consistency while increasing production flexibility. This investment provides greater operational stability and marks a clear advance in product reliability and repeatability.”
This decision was guided by careful long-term CAPEX planning responsible use of resources and a clear understanding of operational needs. Operations Manager Richard Wiffen highlights the importance of this approach:
“A key part of growth is investing at the right time and for the right reasons. Through structured planning we identified the moulding machine as a priority early on. Adding another unit strengthens workflow improves production continuity and prepares us for future demand.”
This approach to investment continues to shape how we develop our capabilities. Reinvesting in high calibre equipment demonstrates confidence in the business and its future while supporting improved efficiency and dependable product quality.
